Today was Kylie’s first podcast interview and she knocked it out of the park! Kylie has nearly 14 years in the learning and development realm primarily in the hospitality industry with more recent experience in the health care industry. Kylie’s interest in developing talent stems from a BS in Kinesiology and course work in Physical Education. Realizing there was a need for her critical thinking and passion for developing people and teams as she was working in the restaurant industry through college, Kylie changed gears from the health world and took an opportunity with Hooters of America. Kylie implemented and supported several learning and development programs, she played a key role in program strategy to include leadership development. Kylie desires to see people grow in whatever role in the organization they are in and believes that when we invest in people we create organic buy in and reach results.
