Art of Coaching Membership Program

1. Introduction
By purchasing the Art of Coaching Annual Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This membership entitles you to specific benefits and discounts as outlined below.

2. Membership Benefits
The Art of Coaching Annual Membership includes the following benefits:

20% Discount on all eligible online courses, events, and mentoring services.
Free Access to our online community (valued between $189 and $240 annually).
3. Eligible Services
The 20% discount applies to:

All online courses
All events
All mentoring services

4. Excluded Services
The 20% discount does not apply to the Coalition program, apparel, or any other specifically excluded services which may be introduced from time to time.

5. Membership Fee
The membership fee is $200 per year. This fee is non-refundable and will be billed annually on the anniversary of your membership start date.

6. Membership Term
The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It will automatically renew unless canceled by the member at least 30 days before the renewal date.

7. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the membership year.

8. Changes to Membership Terms
Art of Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability
Art of Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your membership.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arizona.
