If you own a restaurant, is it enough to make the best pizza in town? If you are a coach, is it enough to write the perfect program? If you are an entrepreneur, is it enough to make a flawless product?
No. Just doing good work is not enough. As social beings in a social world, we must combine knowledge of our field with that of communication, behavior and business.
