In Art Of Coaching Podcast

If you own a restaurant, is it enough to make the best pizza in town? If you are a coach, is it enough to write the perfect program? If you are an entrepreneur, is it enough to make a flawless product?

No. Just doing good work is not enough. As social beings in a social world, we must combine knowledge of our field with that of communication, behavior and business.

If that’s the case, what’s the minimum amount of knowledge I need in my field before I start learning about these other topics?

As with most of our solo episodes, there is a lot to digest here. For help applying the concepts heard today and a list of the questions mentioned, be sure to download our free podcast reflections.
